Used parts especially from Stuttgart will be difficult to find. Not very likely, that there is somewhere an accident car, with destructions except for the parts which you need.
But there are several car part dealers, like 'Pose Passion' in France or 'Pelican Parts' in USA, who may have low price offers (honestly I don't know the after sales market for 996 very good). You can find such dealers over the internet, but perhaps some of our friends here can give you direct websites of such dealers.
