I originally used a foam sheet that I put between the jacking points on the chassis and the top surface of the lift.
Since then, I revised the large panel of aluminum I have on the underside of the car and incorporated the padding between the panel and the car, since that that the additional benefit of making the underbelly panel flatter and better from an aerodynamic point of view.
